Right now, I am writing some (short) articles about the following subjects:
– the goal of training, everyone has different motivations, why do we train?
– left vs. right, everyone has a favorite side to do techniques with, what are the advantages of practicing just one side? Are there disadvantages? What about practicing both sides?
– size, does size matter? Obviously, it does. Anyone saying it does not is either lying, or is being ignorant or both. However, it does not mean that there are only disadvantages for the smaller and weaker person, in fact, I feel blessed to being smaller and weaker. How come?
